I can't recommend this chalet enough. Joy and Simon are fantastic hosts/cooks/advisors/organisers. We had a fantastic holiday and the food was amazing - both the vegetarian options (which I had) and the meat options (which the other had and told me me were fantastic). Furthermore fantastic news, they are e-mailing me the recipes:-) The hospitality and service are second to none. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
Bansko is a fabulous resort for skiing and looks like it will be well worth visiting in the summer too, the village is lovely.
